Login Security on Wstreet.com

Hotline and Swing Strategies subscribers receive email notifications whenever a new report or alert is posted for their service. The email contains a "1-click" link that takes you directly to your report. This link may be used twice to automatically log you in, after which, the automatic login expires. "1-click" links will continue to take you to the report or alert, but it will not automatically log you into the system.

Customers have the option of checking the "remember me" box on the login page, which will keep you logged in on one computer at a time for access to Hotline and Swing Strategies. Our security model is designed to prevent a multiple user scenario for our paid services. Therefore, if you travel between home and work for example, you will have to log in when changing computers.

The exception is when you access pages dealing with personal information such as account information. In this case, you must always re-enter your password as a security measure. These "most secure" pages can be identified by a message like this on the login page.

Why am I being asked to log in again?
To protect your account, you need to confirm your password. For your security, we will always prompt you for your password when accessing sensitive personal information, like Account Info.
If you are repeatedly asked to login on less secure pages, please try checking the "remember me" box on the login page.

If you prefer not to check the "remember me" box on the login page, perhaps because you are using a public computer, then your login session will stay active for 20 minutes of inactivity and/ or when the browser is closed, whichever comes first.

Logging out can be accomplished but clicking the Log Out link at the top right of the page or from the Your Account menu.
